Tuesday 28th September
Today’s driving route is longer, but the journey is well worth the time. The Cairngorms National Park is stunning from start to finish. Our route takes in part of the North East 250 route as you navigate via the Glen’s in to the mountains. This stunning natural park is high enough to be home to one of Scotland’s ski ranges at Aviemore and the Cairngorms have regularly been voted in the top 20 places to visit in the world so there are plenty of views to see along the way.
Approximate driving distance: 170 miles
Wednesday 29th September
We have arranged a special welcome for you at Scone Palace with parking for your car in front of the main entrance. You will have plenty of time for a tour of the palace and grounds and the Palace even has a café that uses ingredients from the kitchen garden, making it perfect for lunch. Once refreshed you depart the grounds via the ancient archway which makes for a great photo opportunity.
