Travel Destinations

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I book?
The best way to book is by telephone. Our staff have a lot of experience & can help you through the booking process and discuss the best options for you. The can also answer any questions you have at the same time. The best numbers to use are 0844 873 0203 from the UK, or +44 1707 329988 from outside the UK. If you prefer you can still always email us on info@traveldestinations.co.uk & we will answer you as soon as possible.
  • Will I need to pay a deposit?
All confirmed bookings will need to be secured with a deposit. This is usually £85.00 per person. Certain high value bookings will require a larger deposit & this will be confirmed at the time of booking. Some additional extras (such as grandstand seats or pre-erected tents) may also need to be paid for at the time of booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
  • When will the balance be due?
All balance payments will be due at least 10 weeks prior to your chosen event. A specific date for your balance payment will be shown at the bottom of your confirmation invoice. All bookings made within 12 weeks of travel will require full payment at the time of booking. Whilst we do try to email reminders for most events, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your payment is made on time.
  • Is my money safe?
Absolutely yes. Travel Destinations are fully bonded members of ABTA, AITO & hold an ATOL License. This means that should anything happen to Travel Destinations, you will still receive your holiday or you will receive a full refund. If you are on holiday at the time you will also receive assistance and advice from ABTA. Travel Destinations has been operating successfully since 1996 and have always provided the best security for our customers. You are safe in our hands.
  • When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent out a minimum of 2 weeks prior to an event. Most tickets are usually sent out around 4 weeks before an event, but sometimes we have to wait for outside organisations for specific orders. If you are travelling to an event earlier than this, we can also make arrangements for ticket collection at the event or your chosen accommodation.
  • Do I have to be in the UK to book?
Travel Destinations looks after lots of customers from around the world. For events such as Le Mans, we have looked after customers from the USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Japan, China, and from all over Europe & the rest of the world. All of our offers can be tailor made to fit your travel itineraries. Many of our prices will include Channel crossings or flights for UK residents, but we can easily remove this element if it is not required & alter the price accordingly.
