Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona
27th January – 1st February 2021
The Rolex 24 at Daytona is a 24 hours endurance race for sports cars at the famous Daytona International Speedway at Daytona Beach in Florida, USA. The race is completed around a 3.5 mile circuit, incorporating parts of the Nascar oval, with it’s famous banked roadway, and some additional hairpins on the infield course.
2021’s Rolex 24 at Daytona marks the start of the season for the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship which merged the Grand Am and American Le Mans Series fields in to one championship.
As well as the more recognisable GT car field, featuring the latest Porsches, Audis, Chevrolets and Ferraris, the Rolex 24 at Daytona will also feature LMP2 and Daytona Prototype cars, that feature chassis made by Riley, Dallara and Lola with engines powered by BMW, Porsche, Ford, Lexus and Pontiac.
With a star studded international driver line up, the Rolex 24 at Daytona is a racing fans nirvana. The 2021 Rolex 24 at Daytona will see a mix of Le Mans, Nascar and Indycar drivers all competing in the one endurance race.
With the entry list for this event reading like a ‘who’s who’ of successful drivers in their own field and with Prototypes gripping the curves alongside GT muscle cars there is definitely something for everyone here. And with relatively small numbers attending the Rolex 24 at Daytona, the access to the garages and pits means that fans can enjoy being part of the event and drivers can focus on their goal in a relaxed environment – almost unheard of in motor racing these days. Being a speedway, fans are never far from the track and with almost uninterrupted views from the 250,000 grandstand seats, great activities, clean facilities and garage access you really are constantly in the heart of this race.
This January you can join us in Daytona to experience the best of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. So, with beautiful Florida sunshine, American hospitality and amazing racing can you think of a reason not to go?
